This beginning-level workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to learn to play a metal or crystal singing bowl. Learn about the different types of bowls and basic playing techniques. All attendees receive exclusive discounts on crystal singing bowls!


Who is this workshop for?

  • Anyone looking to learn the proper way to play metal or crystal singing bowls. 


Participants will learn:

  • How to choose the best bowl(s) to start with.
  • All about crystal and metal (Himalayan) singing bowls. 
  • The origin and history of all singing bowls. 
  • Effective techniques for playing crystal and metal singing bowls. 
  • The differences between types of crystal singing bowls (gemstone, frosted, and clear). 
  • What differentiates quality in crystal singing bowls.
  • Which mallets and which are best to use.


Participants will be guided through effective playing methods for crystal bowls, which can be used for meditation, personal enjoyment, or other self-wellness practices. The workshop ends with participants receiving a therapeutic-style sound bath with gongs and crystal singing bowls. 


Participants will use our singing bowls. Please do not bring your own instruments. Special discounts on crystal singing bowls are available at the workshop.


Important! This workshop is about learning to play a singing bowl for personal use and does NOT cover professional practice information, such as playing sound baths. Questions related to playing sound baths or singing bowls professionally are beyond the scope of this workshop and will not be answered. If you wish to learn to play professionally, then you'll want to take the Group Soundbath Player™ Certification Course.

I understand that all tickets purchased for this workshop are valid ONLY for the exact event on the date and time described in this ticket purchase agreement. If I (or any of my guests) cannot make the event, I may give my ticket(s) to another person or persons. I acknowledge there are NO REFUNDS, and I CANNOT transfer to a different date.

I understand I can add "Purchase Protection" to my order, which is available through a 3rd party. I understand this is my only option for a refund in case of an emergency.

1. Do not touch any of the instruments or crystals.
2. Turn your cell phone OFF (not silent/vibrate) before the event starts.
3. No photos, videos or recording of any kind.
4. In consideration of others, do not wear strong cologne, perfume or essential oils. You will not be allowed to participate if you are wearing a strong scent.
5. No food or beverages in the soundbath area
6. If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be allowed to participate.
7. Do not bring your own instruments.

I understand this is not a professional level training and the workshop will not cover anything about sound baths, playing singing bowls in sound baths, or playing singing bowls professionally. I acknowledge that any questions related to playing sound bath events will not be answered.

A signed waiver by event participant or parent/guardian will be required before you can download your QR code. A link to obtain waivers for all registrants will be shown on the confirmation page.
